Mapili was create with the intention of providing an opportunity for a better life to people who have lost limbs such feet or legs.

This is through an entire project that involves designing limbs with a 3D printer, which allows for low-cost and personalized prostheses, giving them back mobility and the opportunity for a better quality of life.

3D printers have the advantage that parts can be molded long before being printed, providing the possibility of improved ergonomics, in addition to the materials used by these machines being environmentally friendly.

It is to reach low-income communities in Méxsico or even lower middle class families who are completely unaware of this invention and we intend to educate, raise awareness, help and close the gap in both knowledge and health among the population of Mexico.
